Malcolm was so personable, knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel like he truly cared about my health and well-being. He promptly took care of my needs, explained everything so thoroughly and provided such good detail. My entire body instantly felt better when I walked in the supports provided. I was most impressed that there were varied options for strengthening the foot and for every day use. I highly recommend the Good Feet store and Malcolm's evaluation, recommendations and guidance with the highest level of enthusiasm---- five stars!!!

Mr. Will Dorsey was accommodating, courteous, patient, & went the extra mile to carefully educate me in all aspects of taking care of my feet & how the arch supports contribute to that. My experience was eye opening, very informative … Will was very informative and very gracious. I was very emotional on learning that all my physical aches and pains were all due to my feet, my arches…. He explained everything in detail and how my my feet and even posture can and will be improved… Will did an X-ray of my feet and explained the different arches for the shoes …. I cried, I was overwhelmed with happiness when I was able to walk without absolutely no pain and discomfort, Will was like an Angel Doctor, he changed my life and Belief in that there is a solution. For years I dealt with pain and discomfort and even lost self confidence in myself thinking my foot pain was from being over weight, and also thinking maybe I needed surgery. I stopped going out with my husband and friends cause I dreaded walking cause if my hip pain. Will brought back life into me. I now have purpose. Jolie was very friendly and kind during the process. I recommend anyone who is suffering with physical discomfort to go see Will and Hallie. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much!!!!

I went to the Good feet store 3020 Veterans Memorial Blvd and was greeted by Mr. Willie Dorsey who literally changed my life. I was experiencing foot pain and nothing was helping me. Mr. Dorsey gave me a full examination while explaining to me every step of the way. I have been following his very detailed instructions and my feet are feeling so much better 😁.
